Maintenance/repair of metal and butanol roofing

1. Need an old hot water cylinder roof penetration flashing sealed or repaired (light can be seen through it) on a single storey roof 2. Some butynol roofing approx 2mx2m needs repairing as some edges are lifting 3. The roofing connecting the sunroom to the house (maybe 1mx2m?) has been installed cutting into the membrane and requires repairing 4. The main metal roof has some surface rust and requires treatment 5. Discuss any other maintenance required/recommended
