Concrete tile roof repair

We have an old (1958) concrete tile roof with a few broken tiles and damage on a the ridge lines at the bottom corner (there is a chunk bit missing causing a leak). We realise that the roof probably needs replacing however the house may need to be sold as is, What we need to make it water tight in the meantime. Please don't apply if your plan is to replace the roof. We have some spare tiles if that helps (see photos)
