Conrecte Tile Roof repair,reseal,repaint

Hi, We have a 2-bedroom ex-state house with a concrete tile roof. We knew our roof was in 'average' condition but this ridiculous winter has exposed several leaks which we want to get sorted asap. There are a few steel plate patching jobs already up on there but we would feel better with a proper overhaul. Would like ideally someone to come replace offending tiles reseal and repaint. Re Roof

I'm in the process of insulating/enegywising up a 70s brick and tile house and it's going to consist firstly of doing up the ceiling and the leaky decramastic tile roof. Need a person who is a roofie professional who do a job on a economic basis (as it is a rental property). No cowboy quotes please. Thinking also about some heating options further down the track after the roof get's done, then the insulation goes in.

We have a small leak on our roof at home - a 1920s californian bungalow (see photo attached). To give you an idea of the extent of the leak, we have a 'fish bin' in the roof to catch the drips and it's just been emptied for the first time this winter - it was full.

Roof Repair - leak

We have a Gerrard roof which has a leak. We have had thermographic analysis and know the area where the leak is. It would seem a small area of the tiles need removing and work is required under the existing tiles -repair/modification of existing tiles. If required we have spare tiles and flashing.

Leaking roof repair

Have a leak in a long-run corrugated metal roof. Water is coming in around the base of a skylight in our bathroom - so leak is either around top of skylight, or higher in the roof, and running down inside the metal, hitting the down-members of the skylight frame and running down into the bathroom ceiling. Need fixed ASAP if possible!
