New & Replacement Metal Roof

Have a leak in a long-run corrugated metal roof. Water is coming in around the base of a skylight in our bathroom - so leak is either around top of skylight, or higher in the roof, and running down inside the metal, hitting the down-members of the skylight frame and running down into the bathroom ceiling. Need fixed ASAP if possible!
