Partial re-roof

Partial re-roof of one section only of our roof as the remainder has been previously replaced. Run is 5.6m from gutter to peak and 10.2m wide from flashing to flashing. Has no building paper underneight so would need this. Old curved over hot water pipe is disconnected and not required to be kept.

Open Plan Living

Remove wall and french doors between lounge and Dining room. Create cupboard for tv and stereo equipment in lounge with glass doors and create cupboard in dining room for storage with wooden doors. Hang flat panel TV on wall in lounge above new cupboard. Plaster and paint walls plus remove existing cornicing between the two rooms. Remove fire and hearth and block chimney exit in roof.

Roof

Hi there, My husband and I have just found out that our roof needs replacement. We've had about 5 quotes, and the cheapest was $4975 incl GST for a new Zincalume roof ("134 m2 of .4 Corrugate, flashings, paper, and fixing materials"). Can any of you roofers out there offer us a better price without compromising quality? Many thanks, Catherine.

Second Story

EXTENSIONS 1) Living area/bedroom Size is approx 90sqm I need a second story completed. I have completed the floor joisting and second story floor but need the frame/roof raftering. Will complete gibboard myself as well as interior finishing and non structural internal walls. Exterior cladding initially plywood, to finish with a weatherboard look alike. Need an indication of price and timeframe. Am probably looking to do job in Summer unless timeframe tight enough. Malcolm

Re-roofing

RE -ROOFING Current roof is corrugated iron i think. Its got some leaks and i have been advised it may need a re-roofing. The house size is 80 square metres approx. . I am guessing the roof size would be a little bit more than that. Bungalow extension

I want to extend a 1930's bungalow in Auckland. By my calculations I have 75 m2 of land coveage left which I want to make 150 m2 with a ground and first floor. I want to rent this part of the house out, so I want to make it a basic dwelling. Thanks
