We have a variety of work that needs to be completed on our circa 1910 cottage villa in Auckland Central. This includes the pulling down of a chimney (high quality bricks expected to be onsold) The repair of some windows and frames that are suffering from rot. The laying of a new driveway. Pulling down of a deck. A digger required to dig out and level back section. Retaining walls and laying of concrete courtyard. And possible the biggest job, the rebuilding of the back wall of our house (once the deck has come down).
