We currently have a decramastic tile roof that has started to leak. The over all condition of the tiles are average at best and are in need of replacing and re surfacing. I would like to have two quotes. 1.) To fix the current problems 2.) Your recommendation The house is L shaped and will require about 270 LM of roofing.
