Posted 3 days agoI have noticed a slow leak under the kitchen sink which is damaging the kitchen cabinet. Looks like a washer or leak on a threaded pipe join. May just need a tighten? Also would be good to get a professional opinion on the setup of the washing machine waste water flow pipe, and if this should be plumbed into the laundry sink waste flow pipe.

Posted 3 days agoI have purchased a water tank specifically to harvest rain water for the garden. As per attached photo it is on an elevated solid concrete pad. I think it is 1000 litre tank with tap fitting, lid and leaf catchment. I just want it properly installed with down pipe and overflow to nearest drain. Not urgent but would like to get it done within the next couple of weeks

The tray below HWC is dry but the black pipe in the photo has a constant leak. I had a property accessor visiting the house who advised its most probably from the pressure valve. Posted 4 days agoCap off existing plumbing in kitchen and bathroom, move laundry waste and water supply <1m, move kitchen tap water supply below bench and add dishwasher water connection, install gas hobs from existing supply, install new toilet. Cap off required Tuesday 2/6/20 with gas hobs and toilet install happening 4-6 weeks later.

Posted 5 days agoPre lockdown our pipes had a loud whistling sound coming from it. The sound has now gone but gradually the water pressure has reduced where it is now very noticeable (unintended way to reduce shower time!) so unsure if there’s a block. As a separate issue there seems to be a minor leak under the kitchen sink too.

Posted 6 days agoHI There, commercial premises on dominion rd with two toilets at the rear of the building...cisterns leaking ( toilets constantly running) and isolating tap is frozen in open position (I couldn't turn it...and didn't want to break it when I had no tools to fix it). While you are there please check and service 2 basin taps as well, and let us know any other plumbing issues we need to be aware of.
