Plumber required to replace cap on sewage drain access

Inside our sewage manhole - the cap on the pipe (see photo) needs replacing (or perhaps repaired?) It no longer fastens - it is just sitting on top and therefore leakage occurs. There is also a little damage to the concrete just around the cap - which needs patching up. We have some Readycrete here if that helps.

Toilet in our ensuite with an in-wall cistern is broken (access by removing button plate). I think the mechanism needs to be replaced. Some concern that before we stopped using it would sometimes not completely shut off, or periodically stop/start filling. We had noticed on occasion that when it did flow, it could leak through the wall to outside weatherboard - we think, but not 100% sure. Blocked Saniflow toilet. Newly installed within last 18 months.

When toilet flushes the water rises to the top, and takes minutes to go back to normal. It is a saniflow pump set up downstairs in a renovated new bedroom. Can you please quote as I would imagine the fix is fairly generic. I can't afford the time off for an onsite look and then quote. Thanks.

An internal drainage pipe leaks at a join when the shower is used. The pipe leak has been identified at the ground floor of the house. The pipe is usually concealed within the wall, but this section is currently easily accessible with the surrounding wall having been removed. The leak appears to be mild with seepage at the join.
