Ground Floor wall hung toilet supply, install, including waste piping

I would like a new toilet installed in a ground floor small bathroom. A new waste pipe and run will be required, that connects to existing upper floor bathroom stack within 2 metres. Installation of new SS trap and riser following renovation works for these bathroom and toilet connections. Other post-renovation plumbing re-connections to be advised.
