Remove an old leaking hot water cylinder and install a new hot water cylinder (Rheems Low pressure 180L) 1220h x 560w, this cylinder is taller than original cylinder so a shelf will need to be removed to allow the new cylinder to fit. Electrical wiring will also need to be upgraded as current wiring is quite old. The hot water cylinder is located in the kitchen.

DRIVEWAYS 1) I need a new concrete driveway about 12 metres by 5 metres. 2) Also a car pad at the side of the house with a small extension of the driveway serving it - about 10 metres by 8 metres all up. 3) The driveway has a slight slope downwards towards the garage so a drainage channel may need to be installed. 4) A couple of smaller pathways from garage to house and from house to letterbox need replacing - about 20 metres altogether.
