BATHROOM Ex state house - around 60 years old.. I would like a total refit of bathroom/toilet - the room is not quite 2 x 3 metres I would like a new ceiling, new wall linings, new hot water cylinder, new toilet, shower, and vanity/basin/taps. Nothing would change in position except the removal of the existing bath which would be replaced by a shower. Depending on the cost replace the current doorway with a cavity slider. There is currently no ventilation so a new fan/heat/light thing would need to be installed in ceiling and vented to the nearby eave. Likely to be some rot behind the current shower/bath lining but not sure of the extent. Would also like to replace the fuse box at the same time as it backs onto the bathroom wall. Flooring - currently wooden floors with carpet and 2 sorts of adhesive tiles - floor boards are in ok shape but who knows what lurks behind the bath lining But I do not want tiles. Would need a builder, an electrician and a plumber. Thanks
