The toilet flush button is missing and there’s a constant drizzle of water going from tank to the toilet wasting water. We would like to get it fixed so a flush button is set up and no water is wasted when the toilet is not being used. We have connected a thread to the flush part inside the tank and have been pulling this thread so far.
