Ceiling to be stopped/plastered ASAP in readiness for painting. The ceiling is approx. 3m x 4m (see images) and has recently been Gibbed (6 joins, 3 either side of beam). Battens will be added once prepared and will run the entire perimeter of ceiling so any edging/gaps will be covered (see finished example). Build a box to cover pipes and small gib repair

We had some pipes for heating installed some of which run along the wall in a room. We want to get the pipes covered with gib to hid the pipes. We also have some wall that needs to be patched in another area for work on the heating. The photos should make what we want fairly obvious . For the pipes that need a box built around them the distances are 2x3 meters for the smaller repair the opening is ... . In both cases we want a smooth paintable surface.

We have a 100+ year old villa that we have almost finished restoring. We need someone to do some plastering (including replacing coving in the hall) and painting of all rooms (including skirtings, architraves, doors and some ceilings). 1920s house. Kids bedroom approx 3m x 3m. One external wall. Ceiling has a slight sag in one place (please see photo). Exterior cladding removal, replacement and render

We require the removal of a section of exterior cladding (exterior insulation with exterior textured render system) and then later the installation of new cladding and re-rendered. This work is to allow a new replacement coloured steel roof to modern standards. There is no issues with the current exterior it is just the roof has reached end of life. The section of cladding will be about 16m long by 300mm high. Optional to quote on whole job (cladding + roof replacement) if desired.
