Waterdamaged wall

My landlord isn't doing anything about the massive wet patch in the wall of my bedroom that has become mouldy and the wallpaper has peeled off (as a result of a leak in the roof which has been fixed). It's a health hazard now so I'll have to repair it myself. I just need it "patched up" in the cheapest way possible - just whatever the minimum it would take to remove the health risks resulting from the horrible mouldly patch on the wall is. The patch is about 1m x 3m now. It would be good if you were able to take a good look at the patch to see how bad it is and maybe give a quote? Need this sorted asap, so someone that won't charge an arm and a leg but has time to sort it - I need to be able to sleep in my bedroom again!
