Exterior cladding removal, replacement and render

We require the removal of a section of exterior cladding (exterior insulation with exterior textured render system) and then later the installation of new cladding and re-rendered. This work is to allow a new replacement coloured steel roof to modern standards. There is no issues with the current exterior it is just the roof has reached end of life. The section of cladding will be about 16m long by 300mm high. Optional to quote on whole job (cladding + roof replacement) if desired.

1) 1 bathtub and sink/vanity top to be replaced 2) 1 toilet to be replaced 3) 1 Old shower to be replaced (Items 1-3 requires dismantling the existing one) Separate quotes for 1-3 above would be preferred as I may then pick & choose what I want replaced. Bathroom has been plastered previously, just needs touching up to be suited to a paint finish, lounge is brand new Gib, so needs to be prepared and then plastered. My lounge, bathroom + hallway need Gib Cove (75mm) installed around the ceiling. Largely square corners (i.e. 90 degrees), however there are two walls that are on 45/135 degree angles in the hallway. Already have the Gib Cove ready to go - approx 14 lengths.

The wallpaper has been stripped from a bedroom and the walls need plastering. A good finish is required as we wish to paint the walls not put wall paper back up. Large bay window at one end of room, one of the other walls contains a built in wardrobe. Room size is 8.5 ft high, 9 ft wide and 14ft long.
