We have a two-storey house with a leaky bathroom ceiling on the ground floor. Water is currently dripping down through a light fitting/socket. The house is approx. 5 years old. We have a 1960's weatherboard house. We need to replace the pinex ceilings in two rooms with new gib. We will also need help to prepare the walls for painting. There are many layers of wallpaper and paint from over the years and some is bubbled and some is peeling. We therefore also need a quote on the best way to do this. Bedroom needs plastering

The room is approx. 3.45m by 3.60m has windows on one wall and two double wardrobes on one wall. The wallpaper has been stripped off back to the gibboard. The surface feels a little rough - assume it is from the wallpaper glue. There is old plaster on the joins. We would like a skim coat to be put over all the walls.

I have a small job to plaster new GIB joints in a kitchen 8-9sqm approx. What I need is to plaster 3 coats on most joints on walls and ceiling 38 meters in total, this includes 2 external corners and 4 internal corners. Most joints are recessed, however, there are 4m approx. of butt end joints. The first 2 coats to be in water setting compound and the last one would be ok in air drying compound. Gut out and refit of main bathroom - new bath - new toiler - new vanity - electric towel rail - lighting - new shower Plans have been drawn up by architect and we will supply fittings for bathroom (shower etc). All old fittings to be removed. Also, in lving area remove and relocate existing wall, new ceiling joist, and re gib stair balustrade. Found rotted frame around upstairs window (in kitchen). Needs to be repaired and checked for further rot etc. As it is on a second storey, you will need scaffolding. House needs exterior paint while scaffolding there to save time and money. *PLEASE NOTE-won't be proceeding until spring as that's when we refinance-just need to know costs for now*
