Replace water damaged plasterboard

Due to a sink overflow, water pooled in the ceiling of the floor below causing the plasterboard to sag with the weight. I drilled holes to let the water escape and made a larger hole to aid drying. Need someone to replace the plasterboard with new, plaster gaps and make paint ready. The size of the ceiling is approx 2.7m x 1.8m. Although the hole is only about 500mm x 400mm, I believe the majority of the ceiling will need replacing because of the area of sagging!
