Prepwork for painting

We have just stripped our whole house of the old wallpaper and would like to have all of the remaining prepwork to be done so that we can go ahead and paint ourselves. There are some pretty poorly stripped areas and quite a bit of skimming will be needed (see pics). Also patchwork needed from sparky leaving holes in walls. Lounge room, medium size, I have done one layer of finishing plaster but it has some imperfections to touch up, there is 1 wall left unplastered to do. All sanding needs to be done too. Ceiling repair

The plasterbpoard on the ceiling has started to peel away from roof studs and is potentially on the verge of collapsing. Reason for this is corkboard/mdf tiles which were stapled to the ceiling had gotten wet due to leak and gotten too heavy.

PLASTERING READY FOR PAINTING
