Hi Recently there was a burst pipe which runs inside the wall Plumbers have cut out approximately 40 cm wide and 60cm length to be able to access and repair the burst water pipe.. The cut board needs to be patched,plasterd..wall papered.

Quick Towel Rail Replacement

The old towel rail starting pulling the plasterboard away so removed it but the gib-mates are still in there, and they're not mounted to any studs. I don't think there's any studs in there actually, might be why it was mountef so poorly. Please remove and patch up/paint + install a new towel rail.

Plaster two bedrooms and fix a few holes in the wall left from renovation.

Plaster two bedrooms. Walls are currently wallpapered and will be stripped back to gib before you start. There is also a new electrical distro board and a replaced light switch that needs surrounds plastered Bedroom 1: 4 x 3.5m - 2.4m Stud Bedroom 2: 4 x 4m - 2.4m Stud Would prefer to do one room at a time so we can sleep in the other room, unless you believe it can be done in a single day.
