Bedroom skim plastering

Looking to get two bedrooms (master bedroom and spare room) skim plastered. Master bedroom is approx 3.5m x 4m, but has windows taking up most of two walls. Spare bedroom is approx 3.5m x 2.5m with windows on two walls. I plan on stripping the wallpaper, and potentially doing the painting too.

Internal plaster and paint job

I am looking for someone to complete a small internal plaster and paint job. Chimney was recently removed and hole has been patched. We would like to get the jib board plastered and sanded, and then the timber trim and gib repainted to match the ceiling.
