Small gib repair job.

Plastering does not need to be to paint quality, as this area will be covered by the kitchenette . The electric wires that can be seen in the photo will be removed before gibbing is done. Ceiling plaster repair and paint

There are 4 spots on my ceiling damaged by water from a roof leak. The roof leak is repaired and we are hoping to patch up the interior damage. We are happy for the areas to just be sanded down, re-plastered, and spot painted (we don't want to re-paint the whole rooms).

Cut out & replace gib/plaster in kitchen ceiling.

Electrician removed old track light & found gib crumbling in ceiling. Suggested a plasterer could cut out a bigger area ( to healthy gib), and replace ready for new light installation. We would like this done asap. Also have 2 x water damage areas in bedroom ceiling to be repaired. Can see if you zoom into last 2 photos. The roof leak has been repaired.
