Prepwork for painting

We have just stripped our whole house of the old wallpaper and would like to have all of the remaining prepwork to be done so that we can go ahead and paint ourselves. There are some pretty poorly stripped areas and quite a bit of skimming will be needed (see pics). Also patchwork needed from sparky leaving holes in walls. Dont have the m2 of all of the walls so will need to quote on site but it is a 130m2 house. Would like to start as soon as possible, ideally next week (week beginning --- ).
