Cut off GIB and re-fix + stop+paint later

There are some walls in my house have high moisture reading, so I need to cut off interior GIB board, and then dry the timber framing properly, after 1 week drying, re-fix the GIB back to the wall and then properly stop and paint over. There are 3 points of my house require such scope of works. So I need a plaster to help off the cutting off, then reinstate the 3 x GIBs.

Patch & Paint Ceiling Circular Hole

We have removed a camera mount from the ceiling of our garage. The mount required a 58mm hole through standard gib. We’ve sold our home, and need to patch and paint the hole for the new buyer. We do not have any ceiling paint, and will require it to be colour matched.

Gib replacement and plaster repairs

We need one whole Gib sheet replaced in our ceiling, and some separate plaster repairs that we want to get done in the same job. All the plastering is interior and doesn't need painting, we can do that ourselves later. For the Gib replacement, a wall-hung cupboard will need to be taken down but doesn't need to go back up (visible in photo, left hand side).

Plasterboard repair - ceiling
