Interior Plastering / Skimming 3 bedrooms in Avonhead

Looking to have three rooms (and lofted area) plastered/skimmed and sanded back to a smooth finish to allow for painting. Both bedrooms 2 and 3 need ceiling work and have built-in wardrobes as per photos. Some sections heavily damaged during the removal of multiple layers of wallpaper (worst area pictured). DIMENSIONS Bedroom 1: 3 x 4.2m Bedroom 2: 2.7 x 4.2m Bedroom 3: 2.5 x 4.2m Loft area (within bedroom 3): 2.5 x 1.6m Rooms will all be clear with no furniture etc. to obstruct access. Ceiling height is approximately 2.4m (half height in the loft area, see photos). Ideally looking to have this work completed before the 17th of April if possible. House is in Avonhead, Christchurch
