Plastering walls and ceiling- Bay window

Our bay window/door is being jibbed and will need to be plastered then sanded ready to paint. The area is 3.5m long by 1m deep with a 2.2 stud height. Much of the space is windows. We'd like the work done between the 27th March and the 11th April. Please note in the pictures the builder has not yet finished installing the trim.
