Bathroom regib #2

We’re looking to tile two full walls - the bath wall (shower is acrylic which will be replaced later in May) and wall of the vanity/window. We’ll be replacing bath, shower and vanity like for like so no floor plan changes. We’ve been told by the plumber we’ll need to re-gib to be able to hold the weight of the tiles, so we just need some help with that. We also want to rip out the mirror which is likely to damage the gib, so we might need regibbing there (picture attached). Ideally, we’re looking for someone to start removing the old gib and putting up new gib on the 16th of April.
