I have a small repair that needs to be done. I have ripped out a built in wardrobe and the now exposed wall needs to be skimmed ASAP (Pictures attached) area is approximately 7sqm full renovation currently going through building consent so alot more work will be needed. Remainder of work will be needed in 4 weeks
