Gib Stopping Interior Stairway makeover

Skimming in lounge and hallway.

We are looking for quotes to plaster skim our lounge and hallway. We have removed the old wall paper and have done the first sanding. Also, we have gross textured (plaster?) walls in the bedroom and want quotes to sand? skim? make sooth the walls.

Skim Coating Require skim coat on 3 walls of kitchen in preparation for new kitchen install. Approximate area is 16.5 m2. Touch up required on hall ceiling where some cupboards were removed, approx 1.5 m2. Gib Stopping New Gib installed in hallway requires gib stopping. Approximately 3 meters long, stopping joins and a corner. A small amount of stopping required on one wall in lounge also. Start in approximately 2.5 weeks, week starting the 13th of September.

We've just taken off all the wallpaper in our lounge (size 4.5m x 4.3m stud height 3.3m) and would like to get it plastered and prepared for painting. We also have a 7m long hallway that we've semi-prepared and like to have done as well.

Replacing window and will need plastering done around it. Also had a screen removed that was imbedded in plastering so require this to be tided up also. House was built early 40's with concrete slabs covered with rough-cast plaster. New window due to be installed in two to three weeks.

Cracked plastering front and back wall needs repair

This apartment block has previously been notorious for being leaky - and has Harditex walls, so will require a true professional, preferably a Master Plasterer (is there such a thing?) Small bathroom to be gib stopped and some patches as part of my renovation I'm doing for the cilent but they also have a number of walls that needed skimmed up to paint standard. Please only show interest if you can start Thursady or Friday this week and be finished the bathrrom before Easter the other stuff can take longer. The bathroom is 2.0mtrs by 2.4mtrs so it is not big.

New bathroom

Old bathroom will be partially gutted. Will need new services for a washing machine and new shower cubicle. New toilet and vanity will go into the same location as the old one was. Easy access to underfloor space (walk in upright). Two walls need to be gibed and stopped, ready for paining. Washing machine will need a power point. Lino floor will need to be laid.
