I have a medium sized bedroom that requires about 1/3 of the walls skimmed to smooth off the rough job that was done many years ago. I have stripped off wallpaper in areas that were lumpy and sanded back most of the amateur plastering job underneath. Sealing it at the moment and wanting someone to skim it asap.
