Skimcoat (plaster) 2 kids bedrooms and prepared to a condition ready for painting. Each room approx D3mx W4m x H3m. The main reason they need skimming is because they have hundreds of drawing pin holes from posters. Each room has a window taking up a whole wall + a double wardrobe so really it would be approx 2.5 walls each room.
