Strip wallpaper and plaster walls

We have a bedroom 2.9m x 2.9m with wallpaper (1 layer) which has been painted on three sides. The fourth side is a new internal wall that has been gibbed only. We would like to get the wallpaper stripped and all the walls plastered ready for painting (including both sides of the new internal wall). We would also like the painted wallpaper stripped from both sides of the the hallway (6m long) and from a single bathroom wall (3m long) and these walls plastered / sanded ready for us to paint. And...lastly, we have two new skylights and the shafts both need plastering. We are in Mt Wellington.
