Bathroom ceiling

Inner city apartment, first floor bathroom ceiling has a large hole in it as big as a dinner plate. Water had been leaking from bathroom above, now stopped. I need the hole repaired and have been told the whole ceiling panel needs to be replaced with gib and gib stopped and painted. It is approximately 2m in length by 1m wide

Geoff was fantastic, did an excellent job of replacing the bathroom ceiling and painting, but also tightened and fixed small jobs around the area while there was downtime. His price was exceptionally good as well. With a charming and very calm nature.
