Pre paint preperation of 50s four beddie

Te Puna, Western BOP

We have relocated a 1950s weatherboard house from Auckland and have painters booked to paint weekend of 19/20 March. House arrives to Te Puna 11th March so we would ideally need someone to do the prep work that following week - tasks needed are sanding doors and window frames, removal and fill of nails and other leftover wall attachments, sanding of walls. Est. time frame 1-2 days

Small room Needs around 5 runs of wallpaper removed Sealed for skim coat Skim coated Room is empty so don't take not of the photos with junk in there. Can be an after hours job if that suits Painted (white)

Full indoor house paint

We are renovating our orchard house and have skim coated all walls ready for paint. There are 4 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, ensuite, hallway and walk in wardrobe to be painted. All ceilings are to be paint except lounge/kitchen. Happy to meet you onsite to quote job.

I'm about to strip wallpaper. Not sure if walls of the two sloping roofed bedrooms can be painted or will need a plaster. New windows are going in next week . Would love job completed in next few weeks as rooms need to be used mid Jan and I need to have it finished so can put up curtains by then.
