Sanding/danish oil treatment

Ceiling in out door kitchen Lusitanica panelling, never been stained or painted. Needs sanding: mouldy /salty . Then two coats of Danish oil. Area approx 5.2mtrs by 6 mtrs. Beenup for 6 years.

Small exterior prep and paint to cover graffiti

Front of house has been graffitied. Paint is a bit old and flakey so might be best to repaint the side. Want to first get a quote to see if it’s worth claiming on our insurance. Also interested in getting a full house paint quote -minus the attached shed.

Bathroom Ceiling

I require a new aqua gib board bathroom ceiling to have pigment sealer applied then two coats of ceiling paint, semi gloss so easier for tenants to keep it clean. Finish repaint of existing house. Open plan living, toilet, bathroom, four bedrooms. High pointed (cathedral?) ceiling on upper storey (see 4th and 5th photos).
