Affordable painter to help us

We have a few last off painting touch ups and jobs needed. We are on a budget so would prefer small business or a sole trader rather than a big company or high rate. To be done : Touch ups in one room Touch up in small hallway All skirting boards and door frames. Window frames and sills. Full skim of plaster and full room painted in one room. We have all the paint and some gear also just no time to do it.
