Wallpaper Feature Wall

Looking for someone to wallpaper a feature wall. The wall has had old paper removed and plasterer has just finished skimming and sanding. It has not been sealed or whatever needs to be done before the paper. Photo attached with measurements of area to be done. Wallpaper is patterned.
