Our 1920's elevated bungalow in Glen Eden is about to undergo some renovations in the next few months. PAINTING 1) Can I please get an estimate to paint the exterior of a 3 bedroom 1920's bungalow approx 100sqm. The house appears to have been painted within the last 2-3 years but is now starting to bubble. One side of the house the bubbles have popped and a yellow colour is underneath ... not sure if this is an undercoat or the previous colour of the house as I have only owned it 18 months.

Want to deal with the ceiling of our bathroom which is currently mouldy peeling paint. The mould appears to have been painted over a couple of times but is coming through the layers. Wish to have the surface stripped back as much as possible so we can then repaint it.
