Ceilings to be painted

Caulk edges as required and paint ceilings white - 1 coat. I have a 15l pail of paint which will be more than enough. 3* bedrooms approximately 1* lounge/kitchen/hallway area All rooms have exposed beams on ceiling, a common 1920s style. Approximately 100m2 as bathroom/laundry to be excluded.

Paint touch ups

Few outdoor steel cast iron painting jobs around the house

The steel bits around deck show sign of rust and wear/tear, need fix and possible repaint. Also the balustrade on deck to be repainted. Also have front cast iron gate and possible garage door to be repainted.

Exterior House painting

The Front of house area and up the right side are where we need the help to paint up high down to the bottom of the windows including the windows. We have all the paint already. We're looking to hire scaffold to reach the highest parts probably for a week wednesday 16th April to wednesday 23rd april.
