Months behind in starting job, then job took months to finish not the 2 weeks we were told. Mainly due to not enough staff and one of the staff members did all the work for the other one. Also took about 6 weeks to come back and do the small final touches. Left extra paint open sitting on lawn so when they did the finishing work used test pot paint which was different in look and protect, it also killed the lawn with all the pales over the lawn. Paint started to peel within months. But my highlight was after we sent an email with a few issues we had Mike and LInda turn up at 8pm which ended in Linda yelling at me even though I had told her I was not interested in dealing with it at the time as I had just been informed I was losing the baby from my current pregnancy. Mike was very friendly and we liked Mike but just failed to carry through on all the promises.

"Linda has never yelled at any client, I thought you were a nice client as we had a pleasant experience and good communication all round, I would like this person whom seems to think it is ok to tell lies on the inet to proove their claims please as we only had good works, excellent paint job, great communication, and did more work for free for the client, as well as got along great with the client and wife wonderfully. In fact this job was 2 years ago or close, and this is very strange to have happen 2 years later on the inet???? and we all were happy at the end of the job, Have you got the right people. I think this client is friends with somebody we took to court and won, if this is the case and we will be investigating these false claims on the inet,along with the courts to ban false comments made in full public. And sue these people whom think they can act on behalf of their friend that lost the court battle...shameful act from this client. We will be adressing the NZ courts for false advertising publically...They need to proove their statement and we know they cant as like I said we had a great time, job was great, clients were lovely, there was no bad behavior from ANYONE, so where exactly is this claim coming from, is it from your friend??"
