Re-jib & paint bedroom

Bedroom (3.66 x 3.66m) needs repainting & possibly rejibbing to get a good finish. Classic DIY gone not so well......I've sanded the bay window back and it went perfectly but the wallpaper isn't coming off the walls at all well....help me so my boyfriend doesn't go nuts!!

Interior & Exterior house paint required. Interior - Three bedrooms, lounge, Kitchen / dinner, hallway and Laundry inside. Walls and ceiling, No glossing required all wooden framing and shirting. Exterior - Roof eves. Kitchen / dinner will have wallpaper removed and may need some skimming / plaster work to smooth surface (wallpaper onto Older gib board). Bathroom Skim-coat & Paint

Our small bathroom needs a skim-coat of plaster and a re-paint. Its an upstairs bathroom with one wall which is appox 3.4m at its highest point, and a sloping ceiling. We have a tin of the colour for the walls and some white ceiling paint. The skirts will need a coat of white as will the back of the door.

Walls are ok with the odd small scratch / bump made by active kids so a small amount of prep work will be needed. 3 bedrooms (one double), one bathroom and one tiny toilet room, open plan lounge, dining and kitchen areas. They are timber casement windows in bad condition(read putty falling out, paint flaking off ect)inside and out.
