Louver window won't shut

I have a tenanted property in Birkdale and the tenants have advised that the window won't shut. It is a louver style window and won't shut fully.. see photo. Would like to know what it would cost to have it fixed.

Glass Cabinet Door

I have purchased a china cabinet and it is missing one of the glass doors. I need to get a replacement one made. approx size is 390mm by 865mm in toughened glass. it also has to gold coloured hinges on it I realize that someone will need to come and have a look before knowing how much it will cost.

Rotting Windows

Hello, I need help with two windows approx 13000 m x 510 mm and 1980 mm x 780 mm. The wood in the window sill is rotten and we would like someone to have a look and fill it in with "builders bog" or something similar. We would like a solution that will last us about 3-4 years, at which point we will replace the windows. Not sure of price expectations and would appreciate a quote. Tarindu

Window replacement

I have 3 - 4 sets of windows with very old metal frames I would like replaced. The current window frames are set in concrete block. The house is a 1970's build and the windows look to be that age. The windows are on the ground floor and easy access from both sides. They are all different sizes. I'm looking for some quotes at this stage and some options to choose from for the replacements.

Replace and build new windows/ add in a new doorway

We have louvers in the bedroom and in the bathroom that need to be taken out and new windows built and a window added in the lounge which would mean concrete cutting through the block work. We have an aluminium window for this. We would also be interested if someone can istall aluminium windows instead of building wooden ones will depend on price We would also like to add a new door way downstairs from inside to the outside. the main jobs at the moment are the 2 replacement windows so 2 sepe...

remove existing ranchslider/ timber lintel above and window above lintel. Replace with ranchslider and new window. (aluminium transum required in place of old timber lintel) approx 1500x 2750 with angle rake to top pane of glass. All trims/flashing etc required

Installing a Cat Door

Window: size 58cm x 540cm Cat Door: Transit cat door 287mm diameter , it can be installed to glass 3-6mm wide. What I require is the retro bubble glass that's currently in the door to be removed carefully so it can be reinstalled at a later date. Then replace with cost effective clear glass that will work with the above cat door.

Caravan window rubber seals

I need the rubber window seals replaced on the front and rear windows of my 1977 Caravan. The windows are fine, but will need to be removed and new rubber seals fitted as the current seals have gone "hard" and the windows leak. The windows are quite large - roughly 2 metres wide by 600mm high.
