I have a tenanted property in Birkdale and the tenants have advised that the window won't shut. It is a louver style window and won't shut fully.. see photo. Would like to know what it would cost to have it fixed.

I didn't inspect the work myself but the tenants told me it was a good job and Tom was very responsive and polite to deal with. I would recommend him.
