Shower Glass fixing to tiled wall coming loose

The small pane of glass which has the hinges to the shower door has come away at the base. (see pics). This needs to be resealed back into place. Additionally, the glass panel that has the door attached appears to have also slipped downward about a 1cm (see pic 2). This makes it difficult to fully close.
