Install new dog door to glass

I would like to know how much it would cost to cut a square hole in an existing glass door, that already has a small hole cut (see image for reference). Measurements of the glass are: Width - 63cm Heigh - 64cm Depth/thickness of glass - 4mm I already have the dog door as well. Thank you!
