We have a large timber frame picture window in the corner of our lounge which had smaller frames under it (see photo). When it rains we get a lot of water collecting in one frame at the bottom. The timber frames are rotting in a couple of places but we need someone to come and have a look and see if it is repairable or if we may need to replace the window, and to quote either way.

Also, I’ve used No More Gaps to patch up a couple of windows but would like to get new plastic seals installed for the affected areas if not too expensive.
