Buying a house and only some of the aluminium joinery has a flashing above the window. There is a small window with a wooden flashing which is way to high above the window so not doing the job. And another set of Windows that have the same problem. Also, not 100% sure on how well the joinery has been waterproofed/sealed around the edge.
