I am a Property Manager and found that this house needs repairs to 2 windows. 1) Aluminium window (2 pics) – this has window stays – it appears someone has tried to force entry via the window and window stays are loose. 2) Wooden window (1 pic) has a safety latch – appears someone has tried to force entry via the window and the latch screws are almost out – this whole latch may need replacing if its bent.
