Replace and build new windows/ add in a new doorway

We have louvers in the bedroom and in the bathroom that need to be taken out and new windows built and a window added in the lounge which would mean concrete cutting through the block work. We have an aluminium window for this. We would also be interested if someone can istall aluminium windows instead of building wooden ones will depend on price We would also like to add a new door way downstairs from inside to the outside. the main jobs at the moment are the 2 replacement windows so 2 seperate quotes would be helpful for this so that we can either do all together or in stages
