Replacing of door glass

I am looking for somone to remove and replace a pane of glass on my exterior door. The pane of glass is 860mm x 640mm - please quote for the pane of glass and the installation.

Require a damage report with photos/description of damage and repair quote for damage sustained to our home from an attempted break-in. Damage includes bent aluminium window frames to kitchen and bedroom areas. As well as external cladding damage on kitchen window sill. We are looking to paint our house in spring but prior to that I need to get all our external window and door frames in order. The house is a large 1920's colonial bungalow. Not worried if it is done between other jobs but would require a finish date and competitive pricing.

The tradies on site have managed to break a couple of windows whcih need to be repaired before the painter starts on the windows. There is also some tidy up of the putty on some windows. The house is a bungalow with wooden windows all around.

Broken window replacement

We have a number of broken/cracked windows in our renovation property which need replacing. The panes are approx 300mm x 300mm and are very thin glass. The windows are in a terrible state and we will be refurbing them soon. Is it better to have the panes replaced before of after refurb? What are the likely costs for glass replacement/fitting/putty?

Replace Glass Brick Windows

I have 2 glass brick windows in the lounge which I want to replace with regular windows (aluminium joinery similar to other windows in house), and repair/replace window sills. Windows are 1st floor, overlooking the garden (easy access for scaffold or ladder) and are about 57x180 cm each (roughly). House is cedar clad, if that matters. Windows would need to be supplied.

Fix a window and install a fan in it

We have a frosted bathroom window which needs new glass and it needs a fan installed into it- the wiring is there from previous fan but new one will need connecting. It also needs a hinge moved/replaced. Old 1940's bungalow. Will need to go up a ladder to reach outside.

Fix leaking leaded windows

These windows have had new wooden frames made; the old glass was re-fitted into the new frames. The glass fits the frame OK, however, the windows leak around the lead when the rain drives from the north east. We have tried to fix the leaks with silicone seal but they still leak.

6.8 x 9.3 concrete block garage

Hi, I need to replace an existing 6.8 x 9.3 carport with a garage of the same size. I don’t expect anything will be salvageable from the existing structure. I need a concrete floor poured, walls constructed with blocks and a coloursteel mono pitch roof . I can supply proposed elevations and photos of existing structure. I expect to have council consents late March and would like to start building then.

Would like to replace aluminium framed windows with double glazing. The house is 200 m2. There are 25 windows and sliding doors to be replaced: 200 x 90 - 14 sliding doors 160 x 60 - 2 windows 120 x 60 - 3 window 100 x 180 - 1 window 80 x 60 - 4 window 80 x 80 - 1 window Plus there are two large glass pieces in the foyer of 130 x 210. These are to be replaced with a single glazing.

We want to replace most/many of our home's windows/doors with weatherproof, quality double-glazing. We might want to just select some windows/rooms, but would like someone to come and take a look and come back to us with a competitive quote for all and/or partial replacements. We want to know how the new window frames would be sealed into the external cladding and be sure the entire piece of work would be completely guaranteed against moisture/weather tight issues.
