Timber floor sanding

I've uncovered a timber floor, about 20m2) in great condition. In parts it has a very thin layer of glue on it. I invite quotes from experienced trades people to sand it back to a stage where I can seal it and also a price for sanding and sealing it with a two pot product.

Timber Floor Sanding and Resurfacing of Hall

This is for an old hall (originally built 1945) at Rothesay Bay. The floor area is 120 square metres. All nails have been punched and repairs to several of the boards were made last year. Work will have to be done between mid December to mid January while the hall is not in use. We are applying for funding, so cannot confirm the job until we get the funding, possibly the end of November.

Small wooden floor sand and refinish

We have a small bathroom (approx 1.7m x 1.7m floor area) with a wooden floor. A previous shower unit was removed and a bath installed leaving an area that looks different to the rest. The floor will require sanding and then refinishing.

Kitchen Floor replacement
