Flooring Phase 2

This job is to install flooring for half the house. First have was installed 2 years ago. Job Description: Prep floor and install flooring. Scope of owner - organize the skip, supply flooring, remove floor trim molding, remove carpet, put wood planks into the rooms, replace new floor trim molding when flooring installed. Scope of Contractor: schedule with owner, when the carpet and molding have been removed, the contractor can do any floor prep. When complete, the owner needs 1 day to put the flooring into the rooms. The Contractor will then cut and install the flooring (adhesive and nailing) and apply filler and clear finish to the floor. 3 rooms with closets and 1 hallway Dimensions are : Room 1 - 4m x 3.15m with closet of 2.5m x 0.52m Room 2 - 3.2m x 2.9m with closet of 1.37m x 0.52m Room 3 - 3.3m x 3m with closet of 1.13m x 0.52m Hallway - 6.1m x 0.9m We have 48m of T&G Eucalyptus 25mm flooring that shows 80mm width when installed.
