Timber Floor Sand & Refinish #2

Hello, my kitchen floor is long overdue for some tlc, what sort of price am I looking at to strip it back and oil based polyurethane? Please include an estimate of how many days it might take. - 20 m2 - Old coating is probably oil based though I'm not sure - Not sure when it was last done, at least 15 + years ago, if at all since house was built in the early 90s As per photos there's lots of wear and damage.
