kitchen,toilet,bathroom,laundry
Our house was built in the 1960s with wooden floors. When we walk upstairs, the wooden floors underneath the carpet are making squeaky noise. Some part of the floors in the bedroom are experiencing the same problem. Need to get these fixed.
Lino needs to be laid in laundry 1840 x 1900. Lino is onsite.
3 bedroom, hallway, lounge, bathroom and kitchen wooden need polyurethane coatings renewed. Medium sized house.
Hi I currently have a small 3 wall shower downstairs in my house. For the last 25 plus years its had lino bonded to the 3 walls. one piece that goes around the corners. Its now rather tatty and lifting away from the wall cladding thats a form of formica. Would like to have a lino layer replace it with something fresh. No real preferance on patern etc. The shower us u shaped with the two side walls being 870mm each and the back wall is 690mm wide .The height of lino from floor to ceiling is 2000...
we need our kitchen and dining room doing (aprox 16m2), we also have the option of also doing the living room(18m2), study (6m2) and hallway (5m2) if the price is reasonable
Approx 85 m2 floor to sand and polyurethane.
We have a 4.87x3.7 space we would like sanded. There is a small kitchen island to sand around in that space. Looking at having the floors bleached following the sand so keen to get a quote just for sanding and then one for sand and bleach. Following this we have more floors in the house to get sanded as we renovate further down.
I require a good flooring person to level the floors in the 3 bed unit downstairs. Some will possibly just need self levelling compound. Possibly some concrete will need pouring also. I will require a quote to do the work. Job will need to be completed by end of January.
6.4m x 2.8m vinyl laid on new concrete. Client supplying the vinyl. new skirting will cover the outer edge.
Lay down new vinyl floor in rumpus room, kitchen and living room. Total floor area is around 140sqm. Existing flooring is sealed cork floor tiles (may need some prep work).
We've lifted lino in our bathroom and hallway and bedroom and would like the wooden floors beneath sanded and varnished. There is cardboard backing from the lino and also staples. We'd want a quote that included removing this. The area is roughly 26-28 square metres. This is urgent as it is holding up other renovation work.
Hi. Our kitchen is about 12sqm. We have laminated cork at the moment and we're in the process of getting quotes to remove the cork and apply a new vinyl. Removing the cork is something we're happy to do if reduces the price significantly. We're after a wooden-like vinyl, one of those that come on rolls or the planks.. doesn't really matter to us; any suggestions as to which one's better by the way? We've seen some nice vinyl in the carpet court website, and they're coming to do a quote on...
